We have had no problems with the unit. They also checked all the duct work under our home and our attic for leaks and fixed those. In 2005 we had a plumbing leak under our shower stall that was fixed with no further problems. In 2007 we had our kitchen rewired and updated. They worked with our contractor very well and did an excellent job of finishing on time so that the other work could be done.
